Some Photos I took while filming the muay thai fights at the Siam Night Bazaar Fight Night 2, at Bangkok, Thailand. Below are the results..
Lea Pederson won her fight in impressive fashion punching her opponent into submission within the first 30 seconds of the 1st round
Peach won her fight by unanimous judges decision and some vicious elbows to the other girls head…nasty
Andrew probably had the hardest fight of the evening against Jan a very strong and impressive German fighter with good kicks although Andrew lost on points it was a split decision and a very close fought match
Next up was Jason who walked away with the win by constant aggression and impressing his will on his opponent could have been a candidate for the fight of the night except for Keith stealing the show in the Main event.
Then it was England’s Mikey the Spider Michael Harbone who took it to his Thai opponent and the sparks flew from the outset. Without any feeling out process the two fighters went for each other and Mikey who stood fast, delivered the most telling blow of the bout, a knee straight to the face of the Thai who hit the deck out cold! Mikey winning via KO in 1.30 of the first round.
The crowd was now at fever pitch having seen fight after fight matching or beating the next with excitement and we had one more bout to go.
The main event was a corker with both fighters Keith Blum from the USA and Joe the Thai fighter both banging each other blow for blow. The fight looked like a Muay Thai match from way back in the day with each fighter taking turns to hit each other to see who was left standing. An awesome match which could have gone either way ended up with Joe winning via KO in the 4th round.
